==Article Transcript==<br />
Hi there, everyone! I can't believe<br />
I am wrapping up another PreCon<br />
Issue of Exaggerated Features. One<br />
of the earlier issues I worked on saw<br />
a young artist take the Golden Nosey<br />
in 2008. This year, that Golden Nosey<br />
winner joins us as again as one of our<br />
Guests of Honor.<br />
Hopefully, if you are reading this, you<br />
are all set to go for the big convention<br />
this November. This yearly event<br />
brings close to 200 artists together<br />
in the same room. Talk about artistic<br />
power! Time to catch up with old<br />
friends and make some new ones.<br />
Time to Vote. This year, we have six<br />
members running for the board. Review<br />
their bios starting on page 10. Be<br />
sure to pick the four that you would<br />
like to run this great organization for<br />
the next year. The top four with the<br />
most votes will decide who amongst<br />
them will fill the roles of officers. If<br />
you are attending the con, you can<br />
bring the ballot with you. Otherwise,<br />
you can mail it in before the deadline.<br />
Don't delay!<br />
Con Info. This newsletter also contains<br />
the rules and regulations that<br />
each member will need to sign if they<br />
wish to participate in the competition.<br />
Take your time to familiarize<br />
yourself with the rules and also so you<br />
can ask any questions that you might<br />
have. No sense in wasting precious<br />
competition time reading a bunch of<br />
rules. Do it now!!!!<br />
