As we went to press, we were saddened to learn of the passing of our founder, [[Buddy Rose]]. Buddy founded the National Caricaturist Network in 1989. As the years progressed, and the NCN transformed into the ISCA we know today, Buddy remained an integral part of this organization. His ability to cultivate growth in our community will never be forgotten and we all owe him a debt of gratitude. We dedicate this issue to his memory.
