* The artists featured on the cover are all from ISCAcon28's Top Ten Caricature Artists of the Year category. The artists pictured are: [[Sebastian Martin]], [[Damon Renthrope]], [[Manny Avetisyan]], [[Derek Brennan]], [[Takao Hamai]], [[Valentin Chibrit]], [[Daniel Stieglitz]], [[Kev Jackson]], [[Tony Smith]] & [[Hitomi Ishihara]].
* The "hot chicken" on the cover also appears on Stieglitz's award winning [[Road to Memphis]] piece, and comes from an anecdote about 2019 [[ISCA Hall of Fame]] inductee [[Joe Bluhm]]'s birthday lunch held at the restaurant "Hattie B's Hot Chicken." Legend has it two ISCA members in attendance ordered the hottest chicken available and the "effects" were felt for days after.
