* The "hot chicken" also appears on Stieglitz's award winning [[Road to Memphis]] piece, and comes from an anecdote about 2019 [[ISCA Hall of Fame]] inductee [[Joe Bluhm]]'s birthday lunch held at the restaurant "Hattie B's Hot Chicken." Legend has it that two ISCA members in attendance ordered the hottest chicken available and the "effects" were felt for days after.
