the less bias influences the final results.
* All of the guest speakers thataren’t competing.
* One outside artist from a similarfield like comics or animation.
* At least one master.
* At least one well-knowncaricature artist.
* Someone attending the majorityof the convention so that theyare familiar with the faces of themembers attending.
* Possibly the board members (It’sslightly problematic that currentlythe people counting the votes arealso competing. It’s never been aproblem, but it’s playing with fire.)
