As we went to press, we were saddened to

learn of the passing of our founder, [[BuddyRose]]. Buddy founded the National Caricaturist

Network in 1989. As the years progressed, and

the NCN transformed into the ISCA we know

all owe him a debt of gratitude.

We dedicate this issue to his memory.
