Caricature artist Jeremy Drysdale uses the Tayasui Sketches Pro
App on the iPad Pro for his live digital caricatures. The primary
reason he use this app is because of the Texture/Fill-Tool. It saves
him a lot of time when he gets to the coloring phase by allowing
him to fill areas quickly and add a variety of shading.
Here is his live-digital process from start to finish.
Tools used:
* iPad Pro
* Apple Pencil
* Tayasui Sketches Pro App
1. He begins with a line drawing using
the brush pen. Notice the selected
tool is red.
2. Next, he uses the fill tool to add the
flesh tone. Notice the different opacity
and texture options to choose from.
3. The app creates a dotted-line to show
the area that will be filled in.
