The award for '''Outstanding Black & White Technique''' is given annually at [[ISCAcon]] for exceptional use of monochromatic . All attendees of the event with [[voting privileges]] submit their ballot during the voting session, which are then counted that evening by the current sitting ISCA [[Board of Directors]]. The winners are announced the following evening at the [[ISCAcon awards ceremony]].
==Requirements==
* Entrant must be a current [[Professional member]] in good standing with the International Society of Caricature Artists.
* Entrant must have posted a submission for consideration on their [[competition wall]] by the appointed deadline, typically 3pm Thursday.
==Voting considerations==
All voting members of the International Society of Caricature Artists are able to vote for any piece they desire in a given category. The Board of Directors does, however, suggest that members take the following items into consideration when voting for Outstanding Black & White Technique:
