According to WikipediaThe Board of Directors shall comprise no fewer than four(4) Directors. The Directors shall be elected each year atthe Annual Member Meeting, by the word doppelgänger is affirmative vote of a loanword from majority of the German word combining Voting Members, provided that a quorumis present. Directors shall be at least 21 years of age butneed not be residents of the two nouns Doppel United States (doubleexcept for theoffice of Treasurer.) and Gänger (walker or goer) meaning it is Each Director must be a biologically unrelated look-alike, or Voting Memberof the Corporation. No person may serve as a double, Director ifsuch person has been convicted of a living personfelony in their countryof citizenship unless otherwise approved by the Board ofDirectors. The similarities between Officers of the two congressmen pictured above were brought about when John Lewis passed away this past summer Corporation shall be chosenby the Board of Directors and shall consist of a President, aVice President, a Secretary, and many news agencies accidentally ran a photo of Elijah Cummings insteadTreasurer. Even Elijah Cummings’ widow asked people to forgive SenNo two (2) ormore offices may be held by the same person. Marco Rubio when he made Each Officermust be a Voting Member of the mistakeCorporation. No personmay serve as an Officer if such person has been convictedof a felony in their country of citizenship, saying Lewis and Cummings were friends and unless otherwiseapproved by the Board of Directors. Any existing memberof the two Corporation who has a membership in good standingfor a minimum of them being mistaken one (1) year is eligible to serve as an Officerexcept for the other was commonoffice of President. But as caricature artists, what can we look The President must be anexisting member of the Corporation with a membership ingood standing for to avoid this confusion?a minimum of two (2) years.
The primary goal of caricature Below is to exaggerate a person’s features in a way that magnifies their likeness. We exaggerate description of each officer position made up of orchosen by the combination Board of features that makes that person unique from other people. Well, what if we are tasked with drawing very similar subjects, maybe even twins? How do we make sure they stand out as an individual?Directors:
One * '''PRESIDENT:''' The chief executive officer of the keys to drawing people who look alike is to pay closer attention to association. He/She holds the responsibilityof the features’ relationships with one another, not just general and active management of the facial components themselves. But sometimes affairs of the relationships are similar too. Both subjects may have eyes set far apartassociation, or a high forehead, or a prominent chin. Then it would be best if you looked closer at the features themselves. It and sees that all comes down to developing your ability to “see.” The caricaturist becomes a facial analyst. We analyse the subject, deciding which features we think are prominent orders and which are not so important to capture resolutions of the story you Board of Directorsare trying to tell about that facecarried into effect.
Remember, here * '''VICE PRESIDENT:''' Assists the focus is not on style or technique, but on “seeing.” Seeing is not just knowing what a person looks like but also why they look President in the way they do. When we grow as artistsmanagement of ISCA, I can understand that we start by seeing people heads up membershipdrive and assists in a very basic way. We see the features planning and significant spaces. We get a solid impression operationof the faceannual convention. But this can cause us to overlook Additional dutiesmay include assisting with the differences quarterlypublication, Exaggerated Features. The VicePresident is also next in people who look similar. But as you continue line to ascend to study the human face and exercise your perceptive ability, office of President in case the differences become quite apparentsitting Presidentis unable to complete his or her term.
Let us take * '''SECRETARY:''' Attends all meetings of the two men I have been given to compareBoard of Directors and the members, recordsall votes and actions there taken, maintainsthe minutes or records of all proceedings, U.S. Representatives John Lewis and Elijah Cummingsperforms like duties when requested by theBoard of Directors or the President. While these gentlemen are by no means twinsThe Secretaryshall give, I can understand how one may have difficulty making them distinctly different. They are both bald with similar head shapes. They have relatively similar eyesor cause to be given, somewhat large noses noticeof all meetings of the members and rather small chinsspecialmeetings of the Board of Directors. Let’s have a little closer look, shall we?
While they both have relatively prominent noses, they are distinctly different. Mr. Cummings’ nose has a wider apex (point) than Mr. Lewis whose peak is rather pointy with more distinct wings. Although both have small eyes, Mr. Cummings has a more angular shaped eye structure than Mr. Lewis’s almond-shaped eyes. Mr. Lewis’ has an eyelid line. Mr. Cummings doesn’t. While both men have prominent bags under their eyes, Mr. Lewis has double bags, which are much more apparent. When looking at the reference photos, both men’s mouths look somewhat similar, with the bottom lip being weightier than the top. But when they smile, there’s no comparison! Mr. Cummings smile lines are far more profound and more distinct. * '''TREASURER:'See pages 20 and 21 for art.''The chief financial andaccounting officer of ISCA shall have custodyIn my opinionof all funds and securities, the main differenceshall deposit allbetween the two subjects is monies and other valuable effects in theirforehead brow area. Not much ishappening with Mr. Cummings excepta single prominent forehead wrinkle. On the other hand, Mr. Lewis hasa very deep, curved vertical furrowbetween the eyes and different foldsand lines that set him apart. Technically, the area between thenamenose and upper lip is similar to bothmen. Mr. Cummings has a morenoticeable shape to me. For instance,it curves outward. Mr. Lewis’ is flat. Another thing that can cause artiststo draw people too similar is drawingoverly simplified or formulaicfeatures. Make sure to spend timepracticing a large variety of eyes, noses, mouths, etc. This will help theartist develop a more accurate depictioncredit of that particular feature. It is OKwhen just starting or when drawinga quick sketch but, it’s more challengingto achieve a strong likeness ifeverything is overly simplified. Remember, when approaching adrawing, its not necessary to exaggerateeverything. You look firstat the significant features, eyesAssociation, and shallnose, mouth, facial shape, keep full and ears. Then you move to the relationshipdistance between them. As you get better at “seeing,” you’llrecognize the significant featuresaccurate records and relationships very quickly. Youbooks ofwill start to see the differences, evenminor ones, right away. Finally, I feel it is essential to touchupon ethnic stereotyping. I realizeits not something done on purposeor to be insulting. However, it resultsin a visual “laziness’ instead account of genuinelyanalyzing the face in front ofyouAssociation. This seems to be more commonThe Treasurer shallperform these duties when drawing African Americans orAsian people. See requested by the person as an individual withtheir own distinct features, notpreconceived ideas. For instance, anAsian person does not always haveto have super squinty or slanted eyes.An African American does not alwayshave big lips Board of Directors or a large nose. NowI’m not going to get into the artist’spossible mindsetPresident, and many do haveincludingthose features. Let’s just say we havepreparation of any accounting of financialto be careful to see each model ontheir own merits, not according tosome formula you’ve learned. Don’ttry to draw a black person. DrawTHAT person. Don’t try to draw Asianeyes. Draw THEIR eyes. Work atseeing each person as a person, notjust a race. Train yourself to see theunique beauty (and humor!) in eachface. Learn more about Tony at
[http://caricaturesbytonysmith.com http://caricaturesbytonysmith.com]
[https://www.facebook.com/caricaturesbytonysmith https://www.facebooktransactions or proposed budget for ISCA.com/caricaturesbytonysmith]
