* '''PRESIDENT:''' The chief executive officer of the association. He/She holds the responsibilityof the general and active management of theaffairs of the association, and sees that allorders and resolutions of the Board of Directorsare carried into effect.

* '''VICE PRESIDENT:''' Assists the President in the management of ISCA, heads up membershipdrive and assists in the planning and operationof the annual convention. Additional dutiesmay include assisting with the quarterlypublication, Exaggerated Features. The VicePresident is also next in line to ascend to theoffice of President in case the sitting Presidentis unable to complete his or her term.

* '''SECRETARY:''' Attends all meetings of the Board of Directors and the members, recordsall votes and actions there taken, maintainsthe minutes or records of all proceedings, andperforms like duties when requested by theBoard of Directors or the President. The Secretaryshall give, or cause to be given, noticeof all meetings of the members and specialmeetings of the Board of Directors.

* '''TREASURER:''' The chief financial and accounting officer of ISCA shall have custodyof all funds and securities, shall deposit allmonies and other valuable effects in the nameand to the credit of the Association, and shallkeep full and accurate records and books ofaccount of the Association. The Treasurer shallperform these duties when requested by theBoard of Directors or the President, includingpreparation of any accounting of financialtransactions or proposed budget for ISCA.
