Changes

The award for '''Outstanding Black & White Technique''' is given annually at [[ISCAcon]] for exceptional use of monochromatic technique in caricature. Despite the use of the words "black & white" in the title, ISCA voters have chosen single color works as winners in this category. All attendees of the event with [[voting privileges]] submit their ballot during the voting session, which are then counted that evening by the current sitting ISCA [[Board of Directors]]. The winners are announced the following evening at the [[ISCAcon awards ceremony]].
