Changes

You must choose four (4) members who you would like to be on the Board of Directors by placing an “X” in the box before their name. You also must sign and print your name for the ballot to be counted. Any ballots that have fewer or more than 4 people chosen or are not signed will be ineligible. You may send it in before the November 13th deadline or bring it to the convention and deliver it in person.
