Greetings, ISCA!
Can you believe that the con is just a little over 2 months away? We’ve been busy planning this year’s con, and it’s going to be a GREAT one! We have over 120 members registered so far, and that list keeps growing. And ISCA has partnered with some awesome companies to be our sponsors this year. We have exclusive member discounts from E-Z Up and Proko, and have received some products from Tombow, Strathmore and everyone’s favorite wine, Caricature! The guys at Over the Line Art and The California Boys have pitched in to help make this year’s con the best one yet! And Artist & Craftsman Supply will be providing us with an on-site art store during the convention!
Our lineup of guest speakers is rounded out with Stephen Silver, Court Jones, Stephen Fishwick, Beau Hufford, “Family Guy” Director Dom Bianchi and Guest of Honor David Boudreau.
We’ve also added a pre-con workshop with Stephen Silver, happening Saturday, Nov. 3rd. There are still spots available, so you can sign up and put everything you’ll learn on display during the con!
We’re adding some new events to the Ice Breaker on the first night that should provide some laughs and engage everyone. We’re also revamping the format of Art Fights with some fun new twists and wrinkles!
